Why is isolved not letting me log in? ›

LOGIN INFORMATION

You will need to clear your browser cache and try entering it again or try it in a different browser. I can't remember my password? You can click on the "Forgot Your Password" button in the "Returning User" box and an email with a new password will be sent to you.

Make sure you are entering your username/login ID (your email address) and password correctly and completely! If you enter an incorrect password 5 times, you will be locked out of the system. You will receive a message after each attempt, indicating the number of attempts remaining.

If your account is disabled, you can ask Google to restore your access. To get started, head to myaccount.google.com and enter your Gmail address. Tip: If you can't get in to your account, you may be able to download and save account data from some Google Services.

Authorization code – Enter your authorization code (the last 4 digits of your SSN). Create a password – 12 characters, at least one capital letter, at least one number, and one special character. Create a challenge question – This is used if you forget your iSolved password.

Accounts may be disabled without the ability to download data for certain violations, including but not limited to: Valid legal requests. Account hijacking. Egregious content violations including child sexual abuse and exploitation and terrorist content.

Downloading iSolved | Go from Google Play/Apple Store

On your Android/Apple smart phone, open the application store and use the search term “iSolved” or “iSolved Go” to find the application. Select the option to install this application. Once you have downloaded and installed iSolved | Go, please open it to proceed.

isolved GO is being retired but the free replacement of our GO app is now available! Our new Adaptive Employee Experience app is designed with employees in mind – aimed at improving and simplifying the employee experience. It is now easier than ever to login to the app and navigate through it.

This additional layer of security helps to protect your sensitive information from unauthorized access. Here's what you need to know: 1. How it Works: After entering your username and password, you'll be asked to enter a verification code.

iSolved (Our Payroll Provider)

The screen default will be a view of your most current pay stub. The top of the pay stub is a summary of dates and employee information, including withholding status. The next section contains Earnings or Memos, Deductions and Taxes. These figures include the current pay hours or dollars and the YTD hours or dollars.

Additionally, client administrators have the option to bypass the onboarding wizard for a specific employee. If an administrator has chosen to bypass onboarding, the employee will not be able to access onboarding. Instead, the employee will see the message: Onboarding has been locked by an HR administrator.
